Directed by Adam Winged, Death Note is an American film based on the popular Japanese manga book series. Light Tuner, an American high school student in Seattle, finds a supernatural notebook, the Death Note, whose original owner is a Japanese Death God. The notebook allows him to kill any person he wants by writing their name in the book and he decides to it to kill criminals and change the world, using the pseudonym Kira, and he is egged on by his crush Margaret. Too bad for him his father works in the FBI and is after the grisly secret killer and he is helped by L, an enigmatic detective and profiler who is hyper determined to stop Light’s reign of terror.

He sees his wife Ayaka trying to release their daughter from the seatbelt, when a truck hits his car killing Nana. Three years later, Hideki is divorced from Ayaka, who is researching paranormal people who claim to have read an evil newspaper anticipating the future.

The Box (2009)

Norma and Arthur Lewis, a suburban couple with a young child, receive a simple wooden box as a gift, which bears fatal and irrevocable consequences. A mysterious stranger delivers the message that the box promises to bestow upon its owner $1 million with the press of a button. However pressing this button will simultaneously cause the death of another human being somewhere in the world; someone they don’t know.
